  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

  • All orders are shipped via USPS.
  • Estimated delivery times depend on the USPS shipping option selected at checkout:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
    • Priority Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If an order is lost, we will re-send the product after confirmation from USPS.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by USPS or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If items arrive damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 60 days under our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Customers must cover return shipping costs.
