3. Products & Purchases

  • Our online store sells DogtorRx pet food supplements.
  • We only ship to the United States.
  • Payments are accepted via Square, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time.
  • All product prices include applicable taxes.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Returns are accepted within 60 days if the customer is unsatisfied.
  • Returns are subject to completing the Return Form.
  • Customers must cover return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Order cancellations are accepted before shipping.
  • No restocking fee applies to returns.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via USPS.
  • Delivery time depends on the USPS service selected (typically 2-10 days).
  • Expedited shipping is available only at the customers request on customers’ own carrier account (FedEx, UPS, etc), and under full responsibility of the customer, and pre-arranged for pickup by the customer.
  • If an order is lost, we will resend the product upon confirmation from USPS.
  • We do not take responsibility for shipping delays.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
  • Damaged or missing items will be replaced at no extra cost.
  • Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. User Accounts & Responsibilities

  • An account is not required to make purchases.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of any accounts they create.
  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violating these terms.
