DogtorRx™ Age Defense

I tried the DogtorRX Age Defense Joint & Mobility Support supplement with my 11-year-old Chihuahua, who has slowed down considerably as she’s gotten older. She doesn’t do much rough play, but she still enjoys playing chase with me in the yard. I was hoping this supplement would help support her mobility and keep her active and engaged. After about three weeks, I noticed that she seemed to spend less time lying around and was more interested in playing. She started requesting some of the games she enjoyed as a puppy, including tug-of-war, chasing her lighted ball, and playing “find Elf.” She certainly didn’t start running marathons, but she did seem to have more energy and a greater interest in interacting with us. The supplement was also easy to incorporate into her routine. I used a reduced amount based on guidance from her veterinarian and her size, so the bottle lasted us quite a while. She had no trouble taking it, and I was happy that it didn’t appear to upset her stomach, which was one of my biggest concerns. Keeping the bottle on top of her food storage container also helped everyone remember to give it to her consistently, regardless of who was feeding her. Overall, I was pleased with my experience. While every dog will respond differently, I felt this supplement was a worthwhile addition to her routine alongside other changes we made to support her as she gets older. Most importantly, I was happy to see her showing more interest in playing and spending less time resting.

I am a big believer in trying to prevent issues before they appear (when possible). So, for my dogs I have always tried to include preventative supplements (with research behind the ingredients and that are made in a location where companies can be held accountable if they cause harm with the products) with their food. A lot had been written about the benefits of peptides recently in helping stave of the effects / impact of aging. Our dog is still young but had a rough start in life so we add about half the dose to her food daily. She doesn’t have any issues with taking the taste of the supplement which is fantastic and surprisingly, after a couple of weeks she did seem to have a bit more energy and be more playful which is truly surprising to me. If this continues we will definitely keep ordering and hopefully we will continue to effect positive changes in her physically and mentally and have her happy and healthy for many years to come.

I have a bulldog that has some hip and joint issues. I tried to give him supplements to mitigate the pain. This seems to be helping I’ve been giving him this for a few weeks now. I just came in to do the review cuz he ran after the car and normally he comes back hobbling. He seemed completely fine walking normally didn’t seem like he was having any joint problems. It’s easy to administer and comes in pill form you just break them up and put them in his food. Doesn’t affect him eating the food. Using this and conjunction with some other joint chews seems to work well as the ingredients on this are different than the others. I’m feeling they work well together and I’m going to continue using it for the time being

I was a little skeptical about trying new supplements, but I am so glad I did. My dog definitely has a lot more pep in his step lately and he seems much more willing to engage in his usual play sessions rather than just lounging around all day. It is so heartwarming to see him feeling more mobile and comfortable again, and I feel a lot better knowing I am doing something to support his joints. He doesn’t seem to mind the taste, which is always the biggest hurdle. It is insanely pricey but you do get what you pay for and my dog’s health is invaluable
